You may be a Student, Starter, Seeker, Striver, Shifter, Stuck, Sequel, or Sidelined depending on what you are trying to solve right now.  Pick the stage with the most urgent problem. For example, if you are employed but unhappy and considering a change, start with Stuck or Shifting. If you were recently laid off, start with Sidelined.

All stages start with the Job Passion Type Indicator, also called JPTI. It helps identify your work-related passions, values, motivators, and better-fit role possibilities before you spend more time guessing.

If you want tailored coaching support, select the stage with the most urgent problem. For example, if you are employed but unhappy and considering a change, start with Stuck or Shifting. If you were recently laid off, start with Sidelined.

You will be directed to resources, assessments, coaching options, and next-step guidance tailored to that career situation. The goal is to move from confusion to a clearer action plan. You can do this on your own or with help from a Careerz Coach.
