What To Expect From Training?

All programs are taught in English.
Day 1 Travel: Evening reception (optional)
Day 2 Tier 2 Training: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; lunch provided.
Day 3 Tier 1 Training: 9am – Noon | you must attend full session
Participants often extend on-location stays for needed R&R.
Same-day departures, plan on a minimum of 3 hr. for airport transport/customs.

Tier 1 Certification vs Tier 2 Certification

Tier 1: Coach Certification
Built for career and life coaches who want to use JPTI with paying clients. You’ll learn how to interpret results, run high-impact sessions, and package JPTI into clear offers you can confidently sell inside your practice.

Tier 2: HR Certification
Built for HR leaders who want to use JPTI internally to strengthen hiring, development, and engagement. You’ll learn how to roll JPTI out across teams, support managers, and embed a shared language for growth without turning it into a coaching business.

Yes. Certification renewal is required every five years to keep your credentials current. If you’re recertifying, you’ll receive 50% off the recertification fee.

Yes. If you completed Tier 2 through your employer and later want Tier 1, you can upgrade by attending a Tier 1 certification event and receive a $2,500 upgrade credit toward Tier 1.

Yes, but it’s not a high-stress exam. It’s a quick competency check to protect the integrity of the certification and ensure you’re ready to use the Job Passion Assessment (JPTI) responsibly. This is designed to be a practical evaluation focused on real-world application, not memorization. If you don’t pass on the first attempt, you’ll get feedback and can retake it. Our goal is not to “trip you up.” It’s to make sure you’re ready, and help you get there.

  • Cancel 30+ days before the event: Full refund (minus payment processing fees).
  • Cancel 14–7 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 7 days before the event: No refund. Purchase can be applied to future training.
  • No-shows: No refund.
  • Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost up to 24 hours before the event.
  • If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer attendance to a future date.Why not full refunds to everyone anytime? We can’t offer unlimited refunds because each cohort has fixed, non-recoverable costs (venue, catering, materials) and capped seats. When you register, we often turn others away. This policy keeps things fair for everyone. We do offer refunds within a reasonable window and allow transfers.

The Job Passion Type Indicator (JPTI) is a professional self-assessment tool designed to help individuals and organizations better understand intrinsic work-related preferences. It identifies the types of job functions and workflow processes a person is most naturally energized by; referred to as “Job Passion Types.” These insights are intended to support career fulfillment, team alignment, role engagement, and workplace satisfaction.

The JPTI does not assess personality, mental health, cognitive ability, or protected characteristics such as age, race, gender, religion, or disability. It has been developed with a specific emphasis on job function alignment and does not make value judgments about an individual’s suitability or capability.
