It identifies the types of job functions and workflow processes a person is most naturally energized by; referred to as “Job Passion Types.” These insights are intended to support career fulfillment, team alignment, role engagement, and workplace satisfaction.
The JPTI does not assess personality, mental health, cognitive ability, or protected characteristics such as age, race, gender, religion, or disability. It has been developed with a specific emphasis on job function alignment and does not make value judgments about an individual’s suitability or capability.
