- One assessment per company. The complimentary JPTI™ assessment is limited to one use per organization.
- Eligible participants. You may take the assessment yourself or designate one leader (e.g., people/HR lead, manager, or key team member) to complete it.
- Non-transferable offer. The free assessment may not be sold, transferred, or combined with any other offers.
- Confidential results. Individual results are shared only with the person who completed the assessment and the primary contact who requested it, unless both parties authorize otherwise in writing.
- Privacy and data use. We respect your right to privacy. We will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable data to third parties, except as required by law. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our tools and services.
