When skills match
and roles still fail
Your current assessments tell you who can do the job and how they prefer to think or behave. They rarely reveal whether the work itself will energize or drain that person day after day. When you only see skills and style, you miss the chance to place people where they can truly thrive.

Watch retention rise
as fit improves
When you add passion into the equation, candidates step into roles that feel natural and sustainable. They ramp up faster, contribute more, and stay longer because the work lines up with what they enjoy most. That kind of outcome becomes repeatable when you use a framework that measures what people love to do.
Bring love-of-work data into play
The Job Passion Type Indicator™ Bring love-of-work Data Into Play.
Job Passion Type Indicator™ (JPTI) fills the gap traditional tools miss. It measures what people love to do, going beyond skills, thinking patterns, and behavior. The JPTI Certification program shows you how to interpret this data and apply it to hiring, coaching, and team-building decisions. With a shared language for passion types, you guide clients and stakeholders to clearer choices about roles, career paths, and team structure.

We know “great on paper”
can still fail
You juggle pressure from leaders, candidates, and clients, and you feel the sting when a placement misses the mark. Ken Steven has spent years working with HR professionals and career coaches who face those same stakes, and he built the JPTI™ Certification around real-world practice and measurable outcomes. When you connect with Ken one-on-one, you gain a sounding board who understands your context and can walk you through how passion data would work with your clients and organization.
